Welcome to my Frequently Asked Questions page!

I’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions about
ordering original artworks, fine art prints, shipping, framing, commissions,
and caring for your artwork. You’ll also find links to our store policies,
including our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

What would you like to know?

Returns & Refunds

Each original artwork and print is carefully packaged before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Damaged in Transit

If your original artwork or print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as practicable by emailing arlytaandrewart@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork or print

For damaged items, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement print, where available
  • Another suitable resolution depending on the item and damage

Please note that original artworks are one-of-a-kind and may not be able to be replaced. In this case, a refund may be offered once the damage has been reviewed.

Incorrect Item Received

If we accidentally send you the wrong artwork, print, or product, please contact us as soon as practicable by emailing arlytaandrewart@gmail.com. Please include: 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the incorrect item

Once confirmed, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at no cost to you) and will either:

  • Send the correct item as soon as possible, or
  • Provide a full refund if the correct item is no longer available.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delays caused by postal or courier services once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address being provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your purchase has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

 

Shipping Policy

Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

  • Original artworks: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
  • Fine art prints: Please allow 5–10 business days for printing and dispatch, as each print is produced to order.

If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. All orders include tracking, and signature on delivery may be required for larger or higher-value items.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-5 business days

International Shipping

We proudly ship to selected international destinations.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
  • Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Original artworks are securely boxed, while prints are shipped in protective packaging appropriate to their size and format.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within immediately at arlytaandrewart@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can also refer to our returns policy to find out more. 

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
