Commissions Process

Why choose a commission?

A custom artwork is a beautiful way to create something truly personal for your
space. Whether it’s to match your home, capture a feeling, or bring together
your favourite botanicals, each commission is thoughtfully designed and
completely one-of-a-kind.


How it works

1. Submit your enquiry

Fill out the commissions form with as much detail as possible — including size,
colours, botanicals, and overall style. This helps me understand your vision.

 2. Initial response (within 3 days)

I will be in touch within 3 business days via phone or email to summarise your
request, clarify any details, and ensure we’re aligned before moving forward.

3. Quote & confirmation

You will receive a personalised quote based on size, detail, and framing options. Once you’re happy to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

4. Design planning

Before I begin painting, you’ll receive a colour palette so you feel confident in the direction of your artwork.

5. Creation process

Your artwork will then be brought to life. You’ll receive 1–2 progress updates along
the way so you can see it evolve.

 6. Completion & final payment

Once complete, I’ll share the finished artwork with you. The remaining balance is due prior to collection or shipping.

7. Collection or delivery

  • Pickup available from Bradbury NSW 2560
  • Australia-wide postage available at buyer’s expense (quoted beforehand)

  • Typical turnaround time: 3–4 weeks (in
    some cases, this can be completed sooner if required — just let me know
    your timeframe in your enquiry)
  • All commission artworks are original, hand-painted pieces
  • Framing options can be discussed during the quoting stage
  • Colours and composition are guided collaboratively, while allowing for artistic interpretation
